Branch Operations Supervisor

North Star Community Credit Union is currently accepting applications for a full-time Branch Operations Supervisor at its Sheldon, IA branch. Ideal candidates will carry a high level of integrity and trust while maintaining effective communication with membership and staff. 

The primary function of this position is to supervise branch personnel and operational branch functions while providing exceptional service to members. This position will assist members in person, over the phone, and/or electronically as needed, while overseeing branch operations and lending.

Qualified candidates should be a high school graduate and have prior financial institution or work-related experience.  Experience is a plus; however, if aptitude is apparent, on-the-job training is available.
