Adventureland Resort located in Altoona, IA is the home of Iowa’s best thrills for the whole family. For just $29.99, members can purchase tickets to experience all the thrills and scares during Phantom Fall Fest starting on September 21.
How to Purchase Tickets

Step-by-step instructions:
Navigate to the website: www.adventurelandresort.com/creditunion
Use the blue “+” button to select how many tickets you would like to purchase.
Input the discount code CUFEST (all caps, no spaces, not plural) in the blue “Discounts” box. When you click “redeem”, the button will turn green with a checkmark and the discount will appear on the right side of the screen.
On the next screen, you will be able to add parking if you would like to pay ahead of time. There is no discount on parking.
On the next screen, you will enter your personal information and agree to the disclosure information at the bottom of the screen.
On the final screen, you can choose your payment method. Please note: No corporate contributions are allowed.
Your tickets will be emailed to you.

What is Phantom Fall Fest?
Phantom Fall Fest at Adventureland Resort is a special event featuring all your favorite rides and fright at night with scares around every corner, including four haunted houses, scare zones like Deadsville and Hellbillies, and the new Fall Fest FX’s on Underground – the world’s only indoor wood roller coaster.
What is the discount code for Phantom Fall Fest?
The discount code is CUFEST. This needs to be written with all caps and no spaces.
What happens if I am not on the correct link?
Adventureland offers other corporate discount partnerships. If you click on a link other than the one titled, “Credit Unions”, you will not be able to use the discount code. What is the all-in price for one Phantom Fall Fest ticket?
The base cost of one ticket with the discount is $29.99. There is a $4 processing fee per ticket and $2.10 in sales tax. The all-in price for one ticket is $36.09.
How will I receive my tickets once purchased?
Once you reach the confirmation page, you will be able to download your tickets. Your tickets will also be emailed to you. You can either print out your tickets or scan them from your phone at the park.
How many tickets can I purchase at one time?
You can purchase up to 14 tickets at one time. To purchase more tickets, you will have to reload the page after confirming the first batch of tickets went through.
Do I have to purchase my tickets for a specific day?
No, the tickets are not dated. The ticket is valid for any day Phantom Fall Fest is going on, starting on Saturday, September 21.
Do I have to include the CUPAC disclosure language in my marketing?
Yes, it is best practice to include the CUPAC disclosure language when marketing this program on your website. Each contributor will also need to agree to this disclosure language when purchasing the tickets online. “Proceeds from ticket sales will be contributed to the Credit Union Political Action Committee (CUPAC). Contributions are not tax deductible. Corporate contributions are prohibited.”

No, Adventureland will no longer be offering any complimentary tickets.
Do I have to select my credit union when purchasing the tickets?
No, indicating your credit union will not be required this year. This custom field may be added in future years depending on Adventureland’s capabilities.
Is the park cashless?
Yes, the park is cashless. Inside the park, there is a machine where you can convert cash to a card that can be used everywhere at Adventureland.
What is Adventureland’s bag policy?
Adventureland allows one bag per guest with a maximum size of 15” x 15” x 15”. All guests will pass through a weapons detection system when entering the front gate.
