Mobile App
The North Star CCU - IA mobile app is a great way to check your accounts while you are on the go 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Similar to online banking, you will be able to check your accounts on your phone or device. It provides convenient options needed to manage your finances at no charge from anywhere and at anytime.
Our Mobile App allows you to:
- View account balances
- View account history
- Make loan payments
- Reset your username and password yourself if you forget them by getting a code sent to the email or mobile phone number we have on file.
- Enhanced alert system
- Improved security features
- Account-to-Account transfers to and from other financial institutions in which you have an account, using the “External Transfer” link.
- Person-to-Person transfer allows you to securely send money to peers using the “Send Money” link.
- Deposit your check into your North Star account from your mobile device using the Remote Deposit Capture feature on our mobile app using the “Deposit Check” link.
Member must be enrolled in online banking and have a password to access the mobile app. The credit union does not charge members to use our mobile banking service; however, depending on your mobile phone data plan, your wireless provider may charge for Internet access. Please confirm the parameters of your data plan with your wireless provider.
